Shipping Policy
We ship Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. During high volume periods it may take up to 3 business days.Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
All orders ship from North Georgia.
Orders over $75 ship free within the continental United States.
Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.
Refund and Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If something is not right, we will make it right.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@gruvfishing.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to find a fair solution.
Return shipping for defective or damaged products is on us. For other returns, the customer covers return shipping.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Items must be in their original condition. We cannot accept returns on products that have been heavily used or intentionally damaged.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and we do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with anyone outside of what is needed to fulfill your order.
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. This information is used only to process and ship your order, communicate with you about your purchase, and send you updates if you have opted in.
Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and Shop Pay. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
We use cookies on our site to improve your experience and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
If you sign up for our email list, we will send you product updates and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and product designs, is owned by GRUV Fishing and may not be copied or used without permission.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud or misuse is suspected.
GRUV products are designed for normal fishing and outdoor use. Users are responsible for proper handling and safety.
Retailers purchasing at wholesale must follow MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) if GRUV establishes one. Wholesale orders may require proof of business and a signed agreement.
GRUV Fishing is not liable for improper use of products or for incidental damages beyond the value of the product purchased.
